AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN MANDAMUS ORDER
Pending before the Court is a motion by Relator, Ahern Rentals, Inc., to stay the trial court's order, dated September 17, 2014, compelling Relator to produce the personnel files of Ahern employees. See TEX.R.APP.P. 52.10. The motion is granted. Accordingly, the order entered by the 168th District Court on September 17, 2014 in Antonio Rucobo v. Ahern Rentals, Inc., cause number 2013DCV3265, compelling Ahern Rentals, Inc. to produce the personnel files of Ahern Rentals employees is stayed pending review of the mandamus petition.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 16th day of October, 2014.
