MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause Nos. 2012-PC-2800 and 2012-PC-2802, styled In the Estate of Ramiro Aguilar Jr., Deceased and In the Estate of Alvilda Mae Aguilar, Deceased, respectively, pending in Probate Court No. 2, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Tom Rickhoff presiding. --------

On January 18, 2016, relator Anthony C. Aguilar filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered relator's petition and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
