Susan Scann of Deaner, Deaner, Scann, Malan Larsen appearing on behalf of Next Factors, Inc., the Court having reviewed the pleadings on file relating to this Objection and heard the argument of the parties, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Objection To Lipha Tech Claim No. 496 is SUSTAINED and Claim No. 496 will be allowed as a general unsecured claim in the amount of $124,692.43; and it is further
ORDERED that the Trustee's request for attorneys' fees and costs is denied.
