The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. On August 26, 2024 we notified Shantel Beheler, Official Court Reporter for the 301st Judicial District Court, and Court Reporter Cassandra Anderson that the reporter's record in this case was overdue and ordered the reporter's record to be filed within thirty days. To date Ms. Anderson has not filed the reporter's record nor communicated with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.
Our records indicate the hearing in this case was recorded by Ms. Anderson.
So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Cassandra Anderson, to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) written verification no hearings were recorded; (2) written verification appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record; (3) written verification appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record; or (4) the reporter's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to:
