On August 20, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief This court believes a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition no later than September 16, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
We GRANT the motion for temporary emergency relief and STAY all underlying proceedings in the trial court, pending further order of this court.
