Opinion

BEFORE: Wagner, Chief Judge; Terry, Schwelb, Farrell, Ruiz, Reid, Glickman, and Washington, Associate Judges.

ORDER

The Office of Bar Counsel, on behalf of itself and the Board on Professional Responsibility (the "Board"), has requested that, in attorney discipline matters, the court deem the documents listed in the Index of Record that accompanies the Board's Reports and Recommendations to be the joint appendix required by D.C. App. R. 30. Since the Board has continued and will continue to submit to the court an original and three copies of the documents listed in the Index of Record, including the Board's Report and Recommendation, the court has determined to grant that request pursuant to D.C. App. R. 30 (e). Therefore, with respect to all pending and future bar disciplinary proceedings in this court, the documents identified in the Index of Record submitted with the Board's Reports and Recommendations are deemed to be the joint appendix required under D.C. App. R. 30.

Pursuant to D.C. App. R. 30 (b)(1), a party may designate for inclusion in the record to be considered by the court additional documents which were part of the record of the disciplinary proceeding but which were not submitted to the court by the Board. Any such designated documents which were part of the record of the disciplinary proceeding shall be submitted to the court by the Board on Professional Responsibility as a supplemental record.

PER CURIAM.
