ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. VI(4), (6), (15), and (16) and X(5) and Appendix I) were adopted on November 13, 2019, and are effective February 1, 2020. The final version of the amendments is being published in the December 16, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
2. Proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio ( Sup.R. 36.20 through 36.32 and Appendix A) are being published in the December 16, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending January 15, 2020.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.
