PRESENT:

An order having been entered on October 7, 2019, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning David J. Farrugia, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on February 3, 2020, substituting Kathleen A. Kugler, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kathleen A. Kugler, Esq., dated February 20, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Elizabeth Ciambrone, Esq., 438 Main Street, Suite 910, Buffalo, New York 14202, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered June 25, 2019, in place and stead of Kathleen A. Kugler, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Niagara County Family Court Clerk provide Elizabeth J. Ciambrone, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 11, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
