DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated August 12, 2021. By order to show cause dated December 1, 2021, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals, inter alia, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the consent of the appealing party.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
