IN RE GUARDIANSHIP OF ACME

LC No 15-033624-GM

ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the time for filing appellant's brief is EXTENDED until March 21, 2024, which is 28 days after the filing of the present motion. It appears that appellant was not notified of the filing of the transcript in a timely manner, but that he must have known the transcript was filed by the time the present motion was filed. Accordingly, there is good cause for an extension to make appellants' brief due 28 days after the filing of the present motion, but appellant has not shown good cause for the requested two-month extension.
