IN THE INTEREST OF A.C.G., A CHILD

On appeal from the 23rd District Court of Matagorda County, Texas.

Before Benavides, Tijerina, and Silva Justices.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Please be advised, the trial court issued findings on March 7, 2024, that the reporter's record was previously prepared and provided to the trial court and parties. However, the Court finds that the extension request should be granted in part to ensure compliance with formatting and submission requirements set forth in the Uniform Format Manual for Texas Court Reporters. Accordingly, the reporter's record is now due to be filed on March 18, 2024. The Court looks with disfavor upon the past delay and will not grant further extensions absent new and exigent circumstances. Additionally, failure to file the reporter's record on or before the due date could result in the Court issuing a show cause order.
