ACCUSATION OF BISHARA


Order filed

The order filed June 15, 2022, is hereby amended to read in its entirety:

“The court directs the State Bar Office of Chief Trial Counsel to reopen and reconsider the complaint brought by Miriam Bishara against Rodney Mesriani, Case No. 21-O-03885, in light of the evidentiary record, her right to revoke a waiver of claims under the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act within seven days of execution of a waiver agreement (29 U.S.C. §626(f)(1)(G)), the standards for violations of California Rules of Professional Conduct, rule 1.2(a) and 1.4(a)(2), and the standards for further action by the State Bar as set forth in rules 2401 and 2604 of the Rules of Procedure of the State Bar.

This order is effective nunc pro tunc to June 15, 2022.”
