ACCUSATION OF ALTERGY SYSTEMS
Motion to file document under seal denied
The Petitioner's motion to file under seal its accusation against an attorney filed on August 1, 2018, is denied. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.550, 2.551, 8.46, and 8.47.) The clerk of this court is directed to return the unredacted accusation lodged conditionally under seal on August 1, 2018, unless petitioner notifies the clerk in writing within 10 days after the date of this order that the lodged accusation is to be filed as part of the public record. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.47(c)(2)(D).)
