We REINSTATE this appeal which we abated July 21, 2022 to allow the trial court to appoint new counsel for Mother. On July 22, 2022, Shauna Sinclair was appointed to represent Mother. Accordingly, we DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to designate Ms. Sinclair as Mother's counsel.
As we cautioned in our July 21st order, Mother's brief shall be filed no later than August 15, 2022; extensions will not be granted absent dire circumstances.
