ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

THE COURT:

IT IS ORDERED that the opinion filed herein on March 6, 2013, be modified as follows:

1. On page 2, paragraph 3, first sentence, delete the text "Father, " and the comma after the word "companion"; second sentence, delete the word "Father" and replace it with "her companion"; third sentence, delete the word "Father" and replace it with the word "He" so the paragraph reads:

At about 9:00 a.m., police officers saw Mother and a male companion walking up the stairs to her apartment. The officers detained her companion. He said that Mother had picked him up in her car at about 4:00 a.m. They went to a friend's house, drank alcohol and played cards.

2. On page 2, paragraph 5, fifth sentence, delete the word "Father" and replace it with "her companion" so the sentence reads:

The police arrested Mother and her companion for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

3. On page 2, paragraph 7, third sentence, add the words "the visits were going well and" after the word "because" so the sentence reads:

Ultimately, however, HSA changed its recommendation because the visits were going well and A.C. was so well behaved.

4. On page 2, paragraph 8, eliminate the second sentence in its entirety.

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
