Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 19-07-37588-MCV, styled Maria Torres v. A.C., Jr., et al., pending in the 293rd Judicial District Court, Maverick County, Texas. The Honorable Maribel Flores signed the order at issue in this original proceeding.

Relators filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this original proceeding because the parties have entered into an agreement relating to all claims in the underlying lawsuit. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.
