FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: A.B.S.

Having considered A.B.S.'s petition for review, his response to the show cause order dated June 1, 2017, and the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' reply, it is ordered that the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' findings and conclusions in the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation are approved. However, the Court disapproves the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' recommendation that A.B.S. be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of three years from July 11, 2016. A.B.S. is hereby permanently disqualified from reapplying for admission to The Florida Bar and will not be admitted to The Florida Bar now or at any time in the future.
