ORDER

After we granted Appellant and Cross-Appellant's first joint motion for extension of time to file the briefs, the briefs were due on November 6, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b), (d). Before the extended due date, Appellant and Cross-Appellant each moved for an additional thirty-day extension of time to file the briefs until December 6, 2017. See id. R. 10.5(b).

Appellant's and Cross-Appellant's motions are GRANTED. The briefs are due on December 6, 2017. Any subsequent motions for extension of time to file the briefs will be disfavored.
