Motion to supplement answer and for new scheduling order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to supplement the answer is granted, without costs, to the extent that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing as a supplement to the answer the confidential mail watch authorization attached as exhibit 2 to the motion papers, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a new scheduling order is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the respondent's brief is extended to July 15, 2021. Petitioner's reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before July 26, 2021.
