IN THE INTEREST OF A.A., E.A., T.A., A.A., AND L.A.,

From the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2011-PA-01881

Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

A.S.'s motion to supplement the record is granted. The reporter's record of the hearing held August 1, 2011, was filed in this court on August 13, 2013, and a copy of the record has been sent to A.S. by the clerk of this court.

A.S.'s motion for extension of time to file her pro se brief is granted in part. We order the pro se brief must be received and filed in this court by August 30, 2013. No further extensions of time will be granted. Because the State has waived its right to file a brief in the absence of a pro se brief, the appeal will be set for submission without a pro se brief if the brief is not filed by the date ordered.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 15th day of August, 2013.
