MOTION OF JUDGE ROCA TO WAIVE OBJECTIONS
The Respondent, Judge Angeles Roca, by her counsel, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, hereby states they are waiving the right to file Objections and Exceptions to the Opinion of the Court of Judicial Discipline in this matter finding her in violation.
1. Judge Roca, at the hearing held before the Court of Judicial Discipline, accepted responsibility and admitted the violations.
2. Judge Roca is prepared to go to the sanctions hearing on November 21, 2016.
