APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INDIANA BAR FOUNDATION

Loretta H. Rush Chief Justice of Indiana

The Articles of Incorporation of the Indiana Bar Foundation give authority to the Chief Justice of Indiana to appoint an ex officio non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation. I appoint the Chief Administrative Officer of the Indiana Supreme Court, Justin Forkner, to serve a two-year term commencing December 1, 2022.
