ORDER
The State Bar has filed a Motion for Interim Suspension pursuant to Rule 61, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, alleging that Respondent Victoria Stevens has engaged in conduct the continuation of which will result in substantial harm to the public, the legal profession and the administration of justice. Respondent has filed a response to the petition in which she denies many of the factual assertions of misconduct. In light of the disputed issues of fact, an evidentiary hearing is necessary. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED referring the motion in this matter to the Disciplinary Clerk for assignment to a hearing officer for an evidentiary hearing. As directed by Rule 61(c)(4), the hearing shall be held within ten days of the assignment. Within ten days after the hearing, the hearing officer shall file a report in this court containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommendation. The Disciplinary Clerk shall transmit the record of the proceedings, including any transcript, to this
court. After receiving the hearing officer's report and the record of the proceedings, the court shall consider the matter and issue any further order or decision.
