APPEALED FROM 307TH DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR GREGG COUNTY, TEXAS

ORDER

"In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the children, A.B. and D.B., were reported as Indian children. The Court has determined that the record does not contain findings regarding whether the children are Indian children under the Indian Child Welfare Act. Accordingly, It is ORDERED that the trial court shall, on or before April 20, 2022, make appropriate findings as to whether A.B. and D.B. are Indian children.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a supplemental clerk's record, including the trial court's findings, be certified to this Court on or before April 27, 2022."
