ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 6, 2022, C.M.M. (mother) filed a notice of appeal from the judgment signed November 16, 2021, and the appeal was assigned to this court under our appellate number 14-21-00702-CV. On December 14, 2021, J.M.F. (father) filed a notice of appeal from the same judgment, which was assigned to this court under our appellate number 14-21-00730-CV. On February 15, 2022, appellee, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, filed a motion to consolidate the related appeals. The motion is GRANTED IN PART and we issue the following order.

We order the appeals pending under our appellate case numbers 14-21-00702-CV and 14-21-00730-CV CONSOLIDATED. Appellee's combined brief is due on or before March 8, 2022, no further extensions will be granted absent extenuating circumstances.
