1 This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2005-CI-07594, styled In re Hilda Gutierrez, pending in the 37^th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. However, the Honorable Janet Littlejohn, presiding judge of the 150^th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, conducted the hearing and ruled on the motion that is the subject of this proceeding.

PER CURIAM.

Relators have filed a motion to dismiss their petition for a writ of mandamus, stating that the parties in the underlying cause have settled all claims in dispute. Accordingly, we grant relators' motion and dismiss relators' petition for a writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1), 52.8. Costs are assessed against the parties who incurred them.
