Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2005-CI-07594, styled In re Hilda Gutierrez, pending in the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. However, the Honorable Janet Littlejohn, presiding judge of the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, conducted the hearing and ruled on the motion that is the subject of this proceeding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators have filed a motion to dismiss their petition for a writ of mandamus, stating that the parties in the underlying cause have settled all claims in dispute. Accordingly, we grant relators' motion and dismiss relators' petition for a writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1), 52.8. Costs are assessed against the parties who incurred them.
