Respondent suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of six months, effective the date hereof, and until further order of this Court (M-2683). Cross motion granted to the extent of confirming the Hearing Panel's findings of fact and conclusions of law, and otherwise denied (M-3816). Opinion Per Curiam. All concur.
