ORDER GRANTING THE RESPONDENT A SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A PETITION FOR REVIEW

Randall T. Shepard, Chief Justice.

Comes now the respondent, by counsel, and requests a thirty (30) day extension of time, to and including June 12, 2006, to file a Petition for Review. This Court previously granted respondent a thirty (30) extension of time by order dated April 11, 2006. Counsel represents that the Petition for Review was to be filed May 5, but a death in his family has necessitated his absence from his office.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the request for extension of time should be granted, to and including May 30, 2006, provided, however, that further extensions of time for the respondent during this briefing schedule will not likely be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the respondent, Stacy J. Vasilak, is granted an extension of time, to and including May 30, 2006, to file a Petition for Review.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or her attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
