SUPERVISOR ORDER

Pursuant to this court's supervisory and administrative athourity under Iowa Code sections 602.1201 and 302.1205 (2001), the attached amendment to Iowa Rule of Criminal Procedure 2.28 shall take effect immediately in order to implement the provisions of 2002 Iowa Acts S. F. 2301 section 18, 20, and 21. This temporary amendment shall remain in effect until its adoption becomes permanent pursuant to the provisions of Iowa Code section 602.4202.
