ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Randall T. Shepard, Chief Justice of Indiana.

On March 17, 2006, respondent, by counsel, filed his motion to withdraw his petition for reinstatement to the Indiana State Bar, which he had filed on August 11, 2005.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the motion should be GRANTED.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that respondent's petition for reinstatement, filed August 11, 2005, is hereby withdrawn.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney, to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, and to the hearing officer appointed in this case.
