ORDER DIRECTING EXPEDITED RESOLUTION

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Pursuant to our interest in prompt resolution of attorney disciplinary matters, the Court, sua sponte, has examined the records in this case and notes that this case has been pending since January 2, 2004. Accordingly, we direct the hearing officer, the Hon. Bruce C. Bade, to file a report with this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order indicating that a final hearing has been set in this matter not later than February 28, 2006. The hearing officer is further directed to conduct the hearing on the date set unless this Court has previously disposed of the case. No continuances of the hearing shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Hon. Bruce C.
