ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE

RANDALL T. SHEPIRD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Bruce A. Kotzan, attorney for Respondent, files a "Verified Motion To Withdraw As Counsel Of Record," stating that his representation of Respondent ended with entry of judgment on July 24, 2006, and that he has since retired from the practice of law. A motion to revoke probation was filed on July 10, 2007, but Attorney Kotsan states Respondent has not communicated with him about representation on any post-judgment matters.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS the Motion and directs that the appearance of Bruce A. Kotzan be withdrawn.

The Clerk is directed to send copies of this order to Bruce A. Kotzan, to Respondent, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
