PER CURIAM.

AND NOW, this 13^th day of July, 2009, Robert M. Silverman having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Opinion and Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed September 2, 2008; the said Robert M. Silverman having been directed on January 27, 2009, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Robert M. Silverman is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of ninety days, said suspension to be stayed in its entirety.
