ORDER DIRECTING EXPEDITED RESOLUTION

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Pursuant to our interest in prompt resolution of attorney disciplinary matters, the Court, sua sponte, has examined the records in this case and notes that post-hearing briefs and proposed findings of facts, conclusions of law and recommendations were tendered by the parties to the hearing officer in July 2004. Accordingly, we direct the hearing officer, the Hon. William E. Young, to issue findings of fact, conclusions of law and a recommendation to this Court by October 21, 2005.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Hon. William E. Young is directed to issue findings of fact, conclusions of law and a recommendation to this Court by October 21, 2005.
