CONSENT JUDGMENT

Having considered consent agreement, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,

ORDERED that Judgment in the principal amount of ten thousand eight hundred and eleven dollars and seventy cents ($10,811.70) be non-dischargeable, and it is further

ORDERED that the Judgment is hereby awarded in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, Lakaya S. Pinkney, and it is further

ORDERED that the Defendant, Lakaya S. Pinkney. must pay three hundred dollars ($300.00) to the Plaintiff by the 15^th day of every month beginning September 15, 2011 until Defendant's liability to the Plaintiff is paid, and it is further

ORDERED that the Judgment with interest to accrue thereon from the date of this Order at the federal judgment rate of interest, and it is further

ORDERED that the automatic stay be lifted with respect to this debt.
