ORDER GRANTING ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REVIEW

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice.

Respondent, by counsel, files a "Motion for Enlargement of Time in Which to File Respondent's Petition for Review."

Under Admission and Discipline Rule 23(15), Respondent's deadline to file a petition for review is December 14, 2007. Respondent requests a 45-day enlargement of time to and including January 28, 2008, to file a petition for review. Respondent represents that the Commission's attorney has no objection.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS an enlargement of time to and including January 28, 2008, to file a petition for review. The Court will not grant a further extension.

The Court directs the Clerk to forward a copy of this Order to Respondent or Respondent's attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
