ORDER


On January 14, 2004, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission filed its Verified Motion to Convert Suspension for Non-cooperation to Indefinite Suspension from the Practice of Law. On February 2, 2004, respondent by counsel, filed an initial response in which respondent requested thirty (30) days to substantively respond to the underlying grievance. On March 4, 2004, the Commission filed a report indicating that on February 20, 2004, respondent had filed a response and was cooperating with the Commission.

This matter has remained pending since the February 20, 2004, report. The Court now finds that the parties should submit to the Court, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, any additional information they wish the Court to consider in ruling on the Commission's Motion to Convert Suspension.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties shall submit to the Court, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, any additional information they wish the Court to consider in ruling on the Commission's Motion to Convert Suspension.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to Robert J. Mocek, 9368 Benchmark Drive, Apt. H, Indianapolis, IN 46240 and Charles M. Kidd, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 1165 South Tower, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204-3417.
