PER CURIAM.

AND NOW, this 21^st day of January, 2009, Dennis H. Marchuk having been removed from the roll of attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois by Order and Mandate of the Supreme Court of Illinois dated November 22, 1993; the said Dennis H. Marchuk having been directed on September 25, 2008, to inform this Court why imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Dennis H. Marchuk is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
