Pursuant to the Constitution of Arizona, Article VI, the Supreme Court has administrative supervision over all courts of the state through its Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).

It has come to the Court's attention that the Honorable James R. West is no longer the Presiding Magistrate of the Marana City Court. Now, therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that until further order of the Court, administrative control and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Marana City Court shall be assumed by the Honorable Jan Kearney, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Pima County.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall remain in effect until Judge West's successor is appointed and assumes the duties as Presiding Magistrate of the Marana City Court.
