MEMORANDUM OPINION

L.R. filed a notice of appeal with this Court on June 10, 2004 alleging errors in his adjudication as a delinquent on November 20, 1990. On June 16, 2004, the Court sent three letters to appellant. The first two directed appellant to pay the filing fee and file his docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. The third letter advised appellant that his notice of appeal was defective and directed him to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter also advised appellant that the Court questioned its jurisdiction over his appeal because the notice of appeal was not filed within thirty days of his adjudication. Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 56.01(b) (Vernon 2002). The letter requested appellant file a letter brief explaining how the Court had jurisdiction over the appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. All three letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not complied with any of the Court's directives. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES appellant's appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
