ORDER


AND NOW, this 5th day of November, 2009, Terri Y. Lea having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of thirty days by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided April 23, 2009; the said Terri Y. Lea having been directed on August 5, 2009, to inform this Court of any claim she has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Terri Y. Lea is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of thirty days consistent with the Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided April 23, 2009, and compliance with the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., is hereby waived.
