ORDER


AND NOW, this 22nd day of September, 2009, Joseph J. LaRosa, a member of the Bar of this Commonwealth, having been transferred to disability inactive status in the State of New Jersey by the attached Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated April 6, 2009, it is

ORDERED that Joseph J. LaRosa be immediately transferred to inactive status pursuant to Rule 301(c), Pa.R.D.E., for an indefinite period and until further Order of the Court. Respondent shall comply with all of the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
