AND NOW, this 3^rd day of December, 2007, Jeffery L. Krain having been convicted in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County of the crimes of willful failure to file sales tax returns, willful failure to remit sales tax, willful failure to file employer withholding tax returns and willful failure to pay over withheld state income tax, a Rule is hereby entered pursuant to Rule 214(d)(1), Pa.R.D.E., directing him to show cause why he should not be placed on temporary suspension.
