ORDER


AND NOW, this 29th day of December, 2009, Irwin Jay Katz, a/k/a I. Jay Katz having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Delaware for a period of three months by Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware decided September 24, 2009, and the said Irwin Jay Katz, a/k/a I. Jay Katz, having stated that he has no objection to the imposition of reciprocal discipline in this Commonwealth in accordance with Rule 216, Pa.R.D.E., it is

ORDERED that Irwin Jay Katz, a/k/a I. Jay Katz, is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three months consistent with the Opinion and Order of the Supreme Court of Delaware decided September 24, 2009, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
