ORDER


AND NOW, this 31st day of August, 2009, Stephen Russell Kasmar having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Hampshire for a period of six months by Order of the Professional Conduct Committee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court dated April 15, 2009, and the said Stephen Russell Kasmar having stated that he does not oppose the imposition of reciprocal discipline in this Commonwealth in accordance with Rule 216, Pa.R.D.E., it is

ORDERED that Stephen Russell Kasmar is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of six months and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
