APPEAL FROM SUPREME COURT CAUSE NOS. 49S00-8707-DI-633.


ORDER DISMISSING REINSTATEMENT PROCEEDING


Petitioner, Kevin Holloway, resigned from the practice of law on December 10, 1990, and filed a petition for reinstatement on May 1, 2000, which has been pending since.

On April 23, 2007, the Disciplinary Commission filed a notice that petitioner had died and a request to dismiss this reinstatement proceeding.

Being duly advised, the Court now DISMISSES this reinstatement proceeding, with no taxation of costs.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to Petitioner's attorney, to the hearing officer, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
