ORDER DISMISSING ACTION AS MOOT


Comes now the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, by counsel, and files its Motion to Dismiss as Moot, citing as grounds the respondent's resignation from the practice of law in Indiana.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that this Court accepted the respondent's resignation from the practice of law in Indiana by Order dated February 26, 2004, in cause number 49S00-0402-DI-96.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that this case is hereby dismissed as moot.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the respondent or his attorney, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.

DONE at Indianapolis, Indiana, this ____ day of March, 2004.
