ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO POSTPONE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUSPENSION
By order dated September 30, 2010, this Court entered an order suspending Respondent from the practice of law in this state for a period of not less than 90 days, with automatic reinstatement, beginning November 12, 2010.
On October 14, 2010, Respondent filed a motion to postpone the effective date of suspension to January 17, 2011, to enable him to complete his current tour of duty in Iraq with the Army JAG Corps. The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has no objection to the motion.
Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS the motion and postpones the effective date of Respondent's suspension to January 17, 2011.
The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this Order to the parties or their respective attorneys and to all other entities entitled to notice under Admission and Discipline Rule 23(3)(d). The Clerk is further directed to post this order to the Court's website.
