ORDER GRANTING PETITION TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

On May 15, 2006, the petitioner, Paul D. Edmiston, filed his Petition to Withdraw Reinstatement, which he had previously filed on March 5, 2003. And this Court, being duly advised, finds that the petition should be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that petitioner's Petition to Withdraw Reinstatement is GRANTED and petitioner's petition for reinstatement filed March 5, 2003 is withdrawn.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
