ORDER DIRECTING EXPEDITED RESOLUTION

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Pursuant to our interest in prompt resolution of attorney disciplinary matters, the Court, sua sponte, has examined the records in this case and notes that the hearing officer heard this case on October 27, 2003, and that proposed findings of facts, conclusions of law and recommendations were tendered by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission in February 2004. Accordingly, we direct the hearing officer, the Hon. John R. Pera, to issue findings of fact, conclusions of law and a recommendation to this Court by October 21, 2005.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Hon. John R. Pera is directed to issue findings of fact, conclusions of law and a recommendation to this Court by October 21, 2005.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Hon. John R. Pera, Lake Superior Court, 2293 North Main Street, Crown Point, IN 46307, and the parties in said cause or their respective attorneys.
